Chao Noy Xieng Khouang or Chao Noy Muong Phouanh who's arrested Chao Anou and sent him to Siam. Later Vietnamese Impire ordered his tropps to arrest Chao Noy Muong Phouanh and killed him the same way to what Siam had have been done to Chao Anou. Read Lane Xang history then you'll know why Lane xang and Vietnam were good friendship during King Anouvong era? No Vietnam communist or Vietcong back then so, and no Laos PDR either, only Lane Xang and Anam. They didn't call country ( PHATHED ) like today's back then, Laos was " ANACHACK LANE XANG " and Vietnam was " ANACHACK ANAM" in lao language.
Vietnam Impire sent 50,000.00 ( fifty thousand ) troops to help King Anouvong fight against Siam. Vietnamese troops was late on schedule to help King Anouvong, because on the way to Laos they were stucked by heavy storm.
