when i cannot type Lao keyboard and what you want me to do?

I can just read or you just want the Old retired man to comment only?

or Old man buttheads can't read it?

Lao language, may be you can take this website to Lao Mountains then

it will be all Lao language.

Laos is not free country, Lao high rank officers do not want Lao people
