Forget about Freeway. let talk about pave the Roads or fix the pothole and put down a sewer and drainage around Vientiane first, never mind doing for the whole country.

And they were talking about Bullet train that cost 7 Billion Dollars ? that 7 Billion Dollars can or do up graded the most modern highways thru out our Country Laos. they can have super highway if they want to build it and still left for upgrade education to the first world country.But, do they have the Ball to do it ?
