It doesn't matter if it happen, it is going to be nuclear holocaust and it doesn't matter who win the war . Putin wants to control all the former Soviet union which broke away from Russia . If Putin want to pay and spend money to develop those countries that is fine but Putin want to take their resource without spending anything to those people specially the Muslim states in central Asia.
