the lao government don't take any care of its people in these area, even the saysettha district small hospital was rebuilt by the japanese fund, the saysettha district wasn't able to build such a tiny hospital. its is a small hospital full of dust because the road construction was suspended and people watered it with dirty water ... and inhale afterward the dust infested by dangerous bacteria and virus. yeah ! never mind, the sight seeing government is taking care of it people!!!!

problem and what's social problem ?. Lao Engineers not bad at all, this
is problem of a group of people doing for their benefit only

You are not hurt by the very bad road condition you can say what ever you want and we never complain about lao engineers abilities, you said it yourself but we, we have difficulty in our everyday life, we have problem with this never ending road construction which hurt us since more than thirty years. So, if you are not hurt by the lao road system, you should shut you big mouth ! One more thing, what I had done for Laos ? I worked as government servant staff for more than twenty years and paid my monthly income tax and all VAT of the lao taxation system... I think I and all people around deserve the right to have decent healthcare and passable traffic system !
