If you consider that this road construction suits you it doesn't suit me and a lot of people posting here ! here ! the only one pole cost approximately one million kip so make a calculation and you will see that the road is designed to spend a lot, lot of money for nothing and we and our children will have to pay the dept borrowed from foreign countries. So keep your thinking for yourself dude. I've worked for the Lao PDR for more than twenty years and paid monthly tax income to the government , if you'd done nothing for the country don't think that everyone is like you . so shut up and mind your own business and don't come to bark here !!!
Most of Lao roads are small and poorly maintained and there have been a lot of holes around- basically underdeveloped. once a road is broken, no govt agency to play active role on maintenance. Laos can't be better than a poorest African country.
it reflects the poor performance and efficiency of the government units to tackle the issues seriously. Lao people get familiar with poor road condition and we will stay with this at least next 100 years.
