we have 24 banks in Laos. Yes

we have 1 or 2 fireman bus or fire engine each province

we have the mekong, we have more river than any in SE. but we don't have enough boat and rescue team on water

we don't have divers , if our people stuck underwater we have to wait till floating or asking a help from Thailand

we dont have freezer to keep the rotten dead bodies,

we don't have fabric or plastic to cover the dead body

don't talk about heavy equipments

we have many doctors, we don't have a way to Identify dead body.. we need helps again
