I think you are exaggerated if Royal Lao Govt. is still governing today. Lao should more develop then then current govt. However, in my opinion if Laos was governed until now by a coalition of Lao parties like it was promised in 1975, instead of sending the more educated former government officials to reeducation camps to die, Laos could have been more developed and had a higher education level. Do you dick-head know that the education level and skill of young Lao is among the lowest in ASEAN? As for corruption, open your eyes and look at the corruption index of different countries in the world, show me where does Laos rank? behind most ASEAN countries even Cambodia.
