Most of our leaders and ministers  have doctorate and PhD degrees.. not many government officials in ASEAN countries have doctor/phd like Laos.. 

Laos has a group of very smart, talented, brightest and honest leaders in the world... they only care the interest of Lao people.. Lao people come first..
