For sure there are corruptions in every country, but we cannot compare third world and developing countries with developed countries. There are corruptions in the US, France, Germany, Japan, Korea etc, but it's much less frequent and when caught the corrupted officials are put on the news, have to pay back and go to jail. That's not the case in poor countries and those governed by dictators that take control of everything among the leaders themselves, and the amounts of corrupted money represent a big fraction of the country budget. These guys are shameless thieves. The money should have been used for the education and development of the country.
