KPL) The Vientiane Labour and Social Welfare Division have a plan to address an issue of street beggars, mentally illed people and orphans in Vientiane Capital before opening ASEM 9.
Over fifty officials from concerned sectors were convened a meeting on 14 August to discuss a plan.
The meeting has agreed to appoint a set of committees ranging from Vientiane Administration, districts to villages to take responsibility to address beggars, mentally illed people and orphans by social involvement in coping with the matter.
"This is a part to welcome the Asia-Europe Meeting in November which hosted by Laos"said Head of Vientiane Labour and Social Welfare Division, Mr. Vilasak Namnounti.
So far, Vientiane Labour and Social Welfare Division sent some 25 beggars to the social welfare centre, which just completed in repairing.

Laos is communist country that suppose every body must be equal and every body must be taking care by the state as Mark Lenin said in the book. Every thing belong to all the people no rich and no poor. What the hell is this , it is worst than Capitalism.
