i wish so too, but in the hands of this Lao government, i vote:IMPOSSIBLE,
they are old , from country side, use to be quite poor or so poor, so it is so hard to have they think about TELEVISION, they are even afraid or worry of TELEVISION,and beware of it. could any body imagin like me.
