absolutely rite! Chinese people will remain in Laos and Lao people will not have their own land for next decade and Lao people will protest Chinese in Laos (it happens in other countries like Malaysia, Tibet...)
Hawaii use to be independent country after they lease land to USA to plant sugar cane see what happen .
It used to be only native Hawaian people who lived there. Now those people are at the lowest level of th social econimc standards while others like White, Japanese, Chinese, etc are much richer and more educated.
