Laos PDR electricity layout systems in Laos is still using
last 60 years system. There are thousand and thousand
power and phone lines are tinkled up on overhead power lines
and some power and phone lines was layout the first day that
Vientiane had electric and telephone to use, that's why??????????

They already did begging for help from third countries that what
my uncle, he's chief of police fire Department of Vientiane, told me
a year ago when I came visit Laos and he didn't mention exactly name
of those third counties. According to telling from my uncle, the third
counties had agreed for free help Laos to have hi-tech fire trucks for
large cities in Laos but, that agreement had been stalled some reason
after Laos demanded cash from those countries and want to purchase the
fire trucks by themselves. Thailand offered for free firemen training to Laos
to fit and know how to work with today's hi-tech fire truck equipments.
