It depends on your diet, Really. if you eat hamburgers for majortiy of your meals, it is percent. if you prefer fish and chips , it is per- cent . if you spray your fish -smelling chips with vinegar, then it is Per cent, Mate. Laos people and the red shirts from Thailand are paying the big welcome to Thaksin Sinawatra in Vientiane the capital of Laos.
The red shirts from Esaan Thailand and local Vientiane Laos are welcoming Thaksin Sinawatra at Laos PDR Military air base instead of at Wattai International Airport for safety concern from Laos government. Mr. Thaksin will spending time in Vientiane couple nights and attending Lao New Year's celebration with Laotians and the red shirts from Thailand in That-Luang before departure to Cambodia.

Prime Minister Singkham is smart as well and I see many of Lao businessmen are planing to meet with former Prime Minister Thaksin Sinawatra as well also.
