Man, I didn't disagree with your comment but guy who has explaination above is correct. Base on economic strategy, for market economy system which 99% of countries around the world implemented, every country should have dubt with Financial Organization such as: World Bank, IMF, ADB and also with big country too. Big Country still have big dubt including USA, Japan, France, English, China and etc.. On the other hand if your country cannot borrow money it means that your country is bank corrupcy no credit and no trust from foreign countries. Please study more world economic system to improve your knowlege and thinking.

You are right brother, Vietnam is always saying Laos owed them BOON KHOON istead of Vietnam is the one owed Laos huge BOON KHOON. I just said that to make Vietnamese to be happy along with their good Lao friends. Wait and see when the time vietnam's asking BOON KHOON back from Laos and then China will paying them back for Laos, then the huge soccver match will begin!!!!!!!!!!

The Nort of Laos is China invest part, the central is Thailand and some the West countries invest part and the South of Laos is Vietnam invest part. No standing trees are in the Southern of Laos where the Vietnamese investers are controlling those forest. In the North Lao people are having hard time to relocate new place to live for Chinese people to fill in. Only in the Central where Thailand and some of the West coiuntries are investers is looking better than the North and the South of laos.

You said that Lao GOV borrow money to distribut for GOV offiers, I disagree with your comments because IMF, ADB, World Bank and Funding countries are not foolish and stupid to give money to Lao GOV without thinking and have decision making. They also have out side inspection team to evaluate the results in every year, they also evaluate that Lao GOV still have ability to pay back or not if cannot they never provide next funds. If you don't understand the process please shut off your mout it should be usefull for your life too.
