It is wrong to do like that because road is public road built by the government for public use and is not private property. some people even set up the sign on the street.
Since the street is not built by them why we have to listen to them, we stop our car on the public road , not within the compound of their house. Hope the relevant authorities will reeducate those people.
It depends on how close the car parks. If too close to the front of the store, then I think the store owner did the right thing. This may also provide a safe and more sufficient space for customer to enter the store!
What I don't understand is why there are some bike cycles, motorcycles, and even a vehicle parked right on the side walk obstructing walkers?

I respect of what you said, But I have to disagreed with you man. you have to understand that a small or midium size shops along the road is actually owes by a private owners. and they usually used they own home to set up the shop. So I think they have the right to say if you block their business entrance. yes of course, that is public road, But you forget that they paid taxes to built the roads around their hometown... Hope you understand...

you may also forget that me and you and other paid taxes proportionally equal, mean that we have same right not those shop owner have overwhelming right over the road
