The reason because of those chineses High Tech well organised criminals were arrested in LAOS is because the coorporation of INTERPOL. Across 8 countries in Asia and including Australia. Many retired australians lost all their income because of this criminal activities. Most these chinese criminals targeted their own people rich chineses....Lao people are not that rich so it's not their targets.
A report in Australia said that 1 of retired australian lost 500 000 dollar, to their criminals high tech activities. what they do it's they set up fake Companies with addresses and names...and people professionally look real, and lured people to invest in those fake company, send the money to them...most likely transfer money from bank to their account, because of the fake PROFIT these criminal people promised to those retired australians and they, the australians old retired people believed them and lost money.
Laos people won't have big money for these kind of criminals.
That's Intelligent of any country, likes CIA, MI 6...if any people working for Al Qeada try to get into Usa, they will know because they have their names, photos...etc So the same with this case, or likes Dead VangPao and his followers or patikan, try to get into Laos, Laos authority will know.
