It does not mean that they've done corruption, before. From my Opinion, I think It doesn't matter Rich or Poor, if you really want to wear or buy it. Even me, I have Rolex watch for years. but I'm middle class people. And I don't think you should judge people that way. To me those people could be A very Successful Business Man or Woman, that's why They could afford those Jewelries or Watches.
