It is hypocritical (two faced and unfair) for rich developed countries  (like the West and Europ) to demand that poorer nations make conservation their priority. After all,  They became rich in the first place by destroying their environment in the industrial revolution. They had cut down their own trees, polluted their water sources and poured billions of tons of carbon into the Air, They are in no position to tell others to behave differently. In any case, as the countries become richer they become more concerned  about environment, and can afford to do something about it. As for the poorest and develping countries,  conservation can therefore wait until they're richer... this is second times that I have made my comments about Environment...  if next time I face the same question, And I'll say the samething again...

Let' me bring up some  countries around our regions or our developing neighbors like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, 20-30-or even 40 years ago they don't even care   talked about environment but keep develop their countries especially Japan and  China. So as for our country '' LAOS''  I'd like to see PDR's government worry about taking care  of millions of lao people who are starving is more importing than saving natural resources , most of which are renewable anyway. we cannot expect  poorer and developing nations to share the green concerns of developed countries when they faced with dire poverty and constant battle for survival. So I'd like to see or hear from  environmentalist in here give me the Answer of what I said...
