It's outrageous about their demand !!! Tell China that we don't need that high speed train. How many ordinary lao people can afford the ticket? And China is gonna using our land only for passage to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, that's all.
Don't be considered Laos pdr Govt. not smart that they stop China to build hi speed train tracks across Laos territory. Laos Govt. are balancing to whom will get better profits from this project, China or Laos? They knew only China will get the most profits from, not Laos. I am grad to see Laos pdr Govt. today are smart not to lose ant inch of Laos territory to any country who come do business or invest in Laos.
That is right thing to do for Lao PDR and congraduation!!! that is very smart move, not to allow at all the project to go ahead if it is not benefit lao. Lao govt. have to watch out about thai and now thai want to convience china and using china to get what thai want to benefit their ownself-fishness. that my advice to you lao PDR and all lao people.
