Electric shock! Poor Lao firefighters, they don't know how to cut off the electricity. What a waste of money we pay for the tax every month. Fire station is useless!!! who agrees?

more training are need indeed,more structure are to be in placefor the fire fighter how to deal with situation in fast and safe way.the longer it take more property or life could be perish. sorry for people who lost every things in this tragedy.
