I'm not sure about this picture taking. The year that they start to build " Anu-savalee "
was late 1959. After 9-8-61, Kong Le " Pativath " I used to play around this place with my friend, but no worker were working that time after Kong Le civil war ended. All the wood frames outside '' Anu-savalle " body were still the same on this picture until 1966. The old Laos government gave up to continue build this project after the giant Vientiane flood in 1966. Since then this place was a big criminal location like raping the women, illegal drug trade center, street fighting ring and it was public rest room also. The people poop and pee all over this area, even inside upstairs was stink pee s bad.

Myself I can't guess what year it was this picteur. I saw it was the same on this picture since 1961 to 1966.
