STUPID LAOS GOVERNMENT. HE HAD DONE SO MANY GOOD THINGS FOR THE COUNTRY BUT, LAOS GOVERNMENT HAVEN'T ANYTHING FOR HIM. WHEN SOMEONE OFFERED TO PAY FOR HIS BRAIN OPERATION IN THE FOREIGN COUNTRY, ONLY HE NEEDS JUST A PASSPORT BUT HE GOT DENIED FROM HIS OWN GOVERNMENT.

I think the decision is made by government is not just for fun or to intimidate some one, but I am quite sure that government has their reason to do thing.
