Do you know who was a representative
of France Space Center late 70's to 80's?

He was Laotian and native of Parse.
We don't know what's going on to him
after fallen of Royal of Laos.

When all Lao students in France volunteered to come 
back home in 1975-76 he was continued to stay in
France to work for them until his contract is over.

Sorry I can'e think of his name, it was to long
to remember.
