For me I like to see many foreigners open businesses in Laos if they're willing to employed at least 75% of local Laotians with minimum wage not less than $3.00 per hr.

It would be good if foreigner companies in Loas are hiring local Laotians to work for them as minimum wage, they hired only low daily wage workers, aboot $0.10/hr. For less than good job, you have to pay for fee ( under table fee ) before you get hire in, how local poor Laotians having money to pay for that?   Many high school graduated are "TAE-FOON " ( kick dirt ) in Laos.  Employment in Laos is now more worsed than before 75's, everything is money talk.

NO FEE NO JOB is new employment policy in Laos PDR.

What happen to "EQUALITY?" isn't this the philosophy of communist?
what happen to that promise  Kaysone used to preached?  " no poor, no rich, only EQUALITY". To me, it was more like Lao people were miss led and brain washed by blood sucking leeches. I thank my dad n am very proud that he did not fall for that kind of empty promises and he was very smart not to listen to his friends even they tried so to persuaded him to stay in Laos  and that AI NONG will promote him for a higher position than where he was at.....according to his friends .  Had he stayed I knew for sure he wouldn't be alive to this days.
