ໄດ້ອ່ານຂ່າວຈາກເວັບສັງຄົມເສດຖະກິດທີ່ອອກວັນທີ22 ເທືອນມັງກອນ ປີ2010 ທີ່ອອກຂ່າວງານມອບໃບປະກາດສະນິຍະບັດໃຫ້ນັກສຶກສາທີ່ຈົບປະລິນຍາໂທຈໍານວນ19ຄົນ, ແພດຊ່ຽວຊານ57ຄົນ, ແລະປະລິນຍາຕີ291ຄົນ. ຂໍສະແດງຄວາມຍິນດີນໍາຫລາຍໆເດີ.
ຢາກຮູ້ວ່າປະລິນຍາໂທຈາກຕ່າງປະເທດຫລືໃນປະເທດ?

ກ່ອນປີ1975 ບໍ່ມີໃຜຈົບດັອກເຕີຢູ່ລາວ ສ່ວນຫລາຍແມ່ນຈົບມາແຕ່ຝະລັ່ງ, ລະບອບໃໝ່ນີ້ລະຈັ່ງມີຮອດດັອກເຕີ.

In Early 70's  Dr. Som Ok Kingsada was graduated from Sisavangvong University that is Mahalay Vittayasath Soukaphab in present time. He's my first counsin and we were born in same town in Laos, Muong Hiem, Luang prabang province now is Muong Viengthong Huaphanh province. He's Muong Hiem native. We are Kingsada families. 

Dr. Bounthanh ( sorry I forgot his last name ) from bane Wath Nong Luang Prabang and graduated from Sisavangvong University in 1974. He's in Elgine Illinoi USA right now.

How come you said no one gradutated before 1975?

What year did you born?  If you born late 60's to early 70's you may not know Sisavangvong University because you to young to remember. After Laos PDR took power they changed to new name as " Mahalay Vittayasard Sookaphab "  If you want to find out the true why don't you go to the university and ask Dr. Som Ok Kingsada, he will give you the real information ( if you're in Laos ).

I was 3rd year in Sisavangvong University or " Phet-Sard " before Laos PDR took power 1975.  My graduating year was 1978 if I stayed in Laos.

Yes, grandpa knew that, Lao doctors are good just inside Laos only, but they are not professional yet if compare to the foreigners doctors. If they are good same as international level like you said and hospital has modern equipment to treat the patients how come rich lao people was always went to Thailand hospitals? 

Grandpa talked about AI-NONG doctors and nurses when they first came to Vientiane in 1974-75. They gave same medecine pills ( CANIDEN ) for their patients who had fever, stomac ach, head ach, flue and diaria.

Education level before 1975 was 3 times higher than present time in laos. How could you say the old CHACKAPHAT Lao government didn't do anything to improve level of their education systems. 1965 Laos education level was up to be same as  South Vietnam and Cambodia's levels, and after 1975 LPDR government dropped 3 levels down from where we were before. Now I heard LPDR will adding 1 more year in primary school ( Pathom ) and another year in college ( Matta-yom ).

Couple incidents accured in New York city and Washington DC that they lelft 2 black women die in hospital emergency waiting room, because they didn't have health insurance last year. CNN was aired to show those incidents to the world to see what's happen inside the US. 

Only wothout the border Doctors are born to be helping all sick people with no charge any money from the patients.
