I have no opposition to what u said but i as well dont agree, you earn average 200$ a week doesnt mean that you are rich in the states, i wonder, this level of salary classified as poor people or rare income earner in US. I bet that although u earn average 200 a week, but it doesnt last long right, in economic term that average relative price in the state seem to be high compared to Laos...

This is an average base on a person who is no longer working because he/she got lay-off can still get money from government at least from $150.00 to $250.00 depends on what state you live in and some people can even get as much as $483.00 per week each person who have kid/kids.
For me, I used to bring home at least $ 430.00 to $500.00 per week.
After I lost my job for almost 5 month now the gov only gave me $ 250.00 per week, but I get my check every 2 weeks for $500.00 as you can see there is a big gap in my income compare to when I was working before.

With all due respect, i have to disgree with you of what you said about the Unemployment benefits in U.S.A. Ok, Bro. Here in the State, you have to understand labor law, where you live and work? and how long have you been working before you get layoff? also, you said '' for all Unemployed people no matter who you're,White, Black, Asians, and Hispanic.It's about $150-$250 a week. this one i'm a 100% disgree with you ,Why?? i'll set-up my own Income as an example, ok. here it is. i've worked at a Chemical plant and made alittle over $3600 a month gross, and a few years latter they shut the whole department down and they tried to transfer me to another department but i refused, and decided to go to collects Unemployment for the next six month and relax and kick back for a few month ya' know what i'm saying. so how much do you think i will get the Unemploy benefit per week?? a little over six hundred per week before taxes, so i decided to let them take it out some and i don't have to worry about at the end of the year when i do my Income tax, so they took some out, and i still take home almost five hundred seventy dollars. see what i'm saying now, Bro. It' depend on how much you made? and how long you been employ. this is how the labor department do calculated to determine how much you will get your benefit per week. and another thing i would like you to know that, at my department the janitors start with $15.00 an hour, think about it,Bro. thi is not mean to put Brother down ok, don't feel bad. if you think you do your best.Maybe that' the way it is. but two hundred fifty a week, man..and again,Don't misunderstand that i put you down, ok,

I appreciate your concerned for me, as I said it all depends at where you live? different state have different pay scale and $250.per week is my net pay not gross, I hope the gov didn't miscalculate my salary eighter, other wise I'll be so mad $250. per week is quite tight for me.
