Does she always have to wear sinh every where she goes? for heaven sake she's a pop singer not a Lao folk lore singer. There's nothing wrong for Lao girl to express her modern side to let the world feel like she is a part of it, and I wish we all can except the differences in one another and stop judging each other this is what makes Laos so small . As you know for example when you see Japanese go to Laos and wear Lao costume that would make Lao people feel so delightful , because it shows that the Japanese show their respect to our country. So there for when a Lao person such as Alexandra goes to Japan she'll than wear either kimono or a modern clothes it depends on the occasion. As a Lao woman in my 40's I'd like to wear sinh alot,but sometimes, I want to wear dresses, pants, and high heels too. I also want to see other Lao women wear modern clothes too instead of wearing long sinh all the time is like our body is so ugly that we need to cover it up at all the time or afraid of getting rape. No matter how much you try to hide or cover up your body if you don't know man have exaray eyes you know.
