All the foreiner want to the the businesses in Laos thay have to sign the lease to the officials of the government and cities or states that they want to the business at and sign how many years they want to lease,and after it's over,it belong to government of Laos,that is what i saw on thai tv show banturklok ask the official of savannakhet province about people want to do business there,so you don't have to worry about the foreiner will own the country ok
