Caveman ran the country since 75. they can't even do a faking basic Infrastructure like: Pave the Roads around Khumpheng Nakon ViengChunh, never mind for the whole country... Look at the Highway from Vieng Chunh to Luang phabang didn't even have faking Quardrail and Rain season even worse... Yes, we might be outside the country. But, Laos is still our blood and belove country it doesn't matter where we are and we can't just turn our blind eyes to our birthplaces. that's why we keep pressing the PDR government do the right thing for a country and it people.
