for  Lao  SAM to bring these fighter jets down. Lao air

defense knows when these fighters jet take off from

airfield the run way and have enought time to shoot them

down unless suprise attack without declear war.

Not necessary if Thai pilots use the technique to fly under the radar  

and surprise attack and destroy all the radar and anti missiles

and SAM first , like Israeli pilots had done to the Arab. If Thai pilots 

have the skill like the Israeli pilots who are able to fly the fighter jets

only 50 feet above  above the ground. It will very hard to do because

Laos have too many mountains and caves and jungles unless Arab desert.
