the ordinary atm card is about 10000 kip per card, for the golden one for investors or businessmen is about 30000 kip with which you can withdraw twenty million kip per day...no one can oblige you to buy or sell an ATM card... the BCEL will not be stupid enough to sell ATM card more then needed which could jam the internal information technology which may lead to complicated problems...
