 That's why Chinese flooding in Vientiane all over the places. Lao PDR government owe them (Chinese) the gratitude and allowed them(Chinese) to come in and doing whatever they want by (grasping) buying the land where ever they want and when they want it.

Who's fault on this ? Lao pdr government, their law of protecting the land is weak and gap between the Rich and the poor.
