Lao nok and lao nai are the same don't make any different,women even worse than men in some place.

That's one of the reasons why Lao people in Laos are short and small compare to other countries. It's not because we eat sticky rice as someone on this board claimed.

It's a lack of proper education. Other countries don't promote and encourage their citizen to drink beer and liquor as heavily as in Laos. They are somewhat more advanced than we are. We have the lowest rate of school enrollment and education level.

 ມັນກະຫາກແມ່ນຄວາມທ່ານ ເພາະການສຶກສາພາໃຫ້ຄົນມີຄວາມຮູ້  ແຕ່ຄົນລາວທີ່ຮຽນຮູ້ກະຍັງດັນໄປເອົາເຫຼົ້າ ເອົາເບັຽມາເປັນຫຼັກໃນການພົບປະສັງສັນ ແລະງານອື່ນໆ ຈົນເປັນນິໄສ  ທັງທັ້ງ ທີ່ຮູ້ດີວ່າເຫຼົາມັນທຳລາຍປະສາດ ແລະຄວາມຈຳ...ເວລາເຮົາເສັຽຄວາມຈຳແລ້ວ ເຮົາຊິໄປເຮັດອີ່ຫຍັງໄດ້ໃນຊີວິດ ???

 I was looking at milk index as it is appropriate for children.
