We have ambulances but we do not own them sir, it seems like we have nothing I 'm sick of the lao hospital system who charge everything like if we are not lao people, like we didn't pay any tax to the lao government, sir , make a case study about the lao ambulances, how it's working and i'm pretty sure that you will be like me, sick even of it own existences !!!there are some gentle people who took benevolently wounded people on the street to hospital not ambulances from hospitals
yeah ! our country is seems to be running in a wrong way...
