They should have somebody replace or release while the other guys take break or lunch. they can't let the tourist waited for them, no wonder our country have never gone nowhere... So who's fault is that ? the top guys who run the place.
I lost my job two years ago because the french tourists wanted at any price to see the Namngum Dam and the cave of vangvieng But unfortunately the sad day happened, they asked me after seeing the dam that why the so small dam can supply so large consumers??? and when we arrived to the cave, it was closed due to lack of electric current and I couldn't find appropriate explanations, the tourists became angry and reported to the CEO at the center that I lack of professional skill and so on ...due to lack of good management of the cave I lost my job from that sorrowful day....

Thanks a lot for your kind and precious recommendation, you must be yourself an experienced tour guide to know the stuff; yes you are right, was new in the job and have not had any colleague, nobody knew me and I didn't know to whom to turn to...I hope that our conversation could help new generation and young students who study in tourism and the touring guide to understand that not everything is taught in school... for me the tourism is over because not long after the even I fallen ill, attacked by pleurisy and spent a long period of time for treatment...anyway... even in my sad situation, I'm keen to thanks for your encouragement, Thank you !
