no need sir what I want to underline is that Tusy, Tusa never directly earned a single kip from the fund of the EU and neither from lao government. with or or without the assistances of the EU tusy tusa will remain the same poor people ...and what ADB comes to do here in the subject ? and do you know that the Lao PDR never interested the EU ? because Laos has no petrol and natural gas in its underground. So don't expect much from them. Stand by your own feet, man ! Laos is not like middle east countries!!!
I once heard from an ADB official talking about upgrading the human resource management " I feel sorry not to be able to help you more but as you know we are bankers and like all of you, we have to get profits from our jobs" so be careful not to become one day enslaved by those financial institutions as we did with chinese assistance by lifting our inter national depts ...ຈົບ !
