We knew that long time ago, that's why China want to build a speedrail go through LAOS to bring the Merchandise all the way to Singapore.
to me, if Thailand close to Southern China, they would have done or build it that long long time ago... Laos is a neutral Country... But Both Lao Royal and PDR governemts so fuk up and make LAOS so poorand behind the rest of South East Asian Countries.
