Yes, he is the shortest of all the ASEAN prime ministers or presidents. But I think he is a tough guy. He is ໝາກເຜັດຂີ້ໜູ. Buasone Bouphavanh may look younger, taller and more handsome, but the brain and personal value are more important than the physical appearance.
