we do not need a rubbish city like this.. this kind of cities are everywhere on the planet. Vientiane is more beautiful,peaceful and unique in the world!!
I hope Vientiane would become much better than this city. It looks like a suffocated city without any well-planned infrastructure at all. You can see people walk dangerously inside the streets instead of on the sidewalk. Vientiane is becoming more and more crowded and has to do everything to avoid this problem.
Nahh, I do not agree with you on that . There's a plenty of the countries out there use to be a British colony and still a 3rd world country today. India, Pakistan, Banglahded, and some western Africa too. I can names some if I want.
