(KPL) The Party Central Committee has authorized Ely Survey and Design to construct its new Planning, Finance and Personnel Organization Department Office.
An agreement on the construction project was signed on 30 August between Head of the Party Central Committee Office, Mr. Bounchanh Sivongphanh and President of Ely Survey and Design, Mr. Sompheth Maopaseuth, in the presence of Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office, Mr. Khamsouk Xayasone and relevant officials of both sides.
Under the agreement, the contractor is expected to complete the 45.8 billion kip construction project within two years after the date of signing.
The new Planning, Finance and Personnel Organization Department Office will be located at the existing Party Central Committee premises. It is to be a three-storey building in contemporary Lao style.
