The current trends will continue after 2015. Lao people will go look for jobs in Thailand while skilled workers from crowded countries like Vietnam, the Philippines and others like China will come to flood Laos.
You are hypocritical. Lao are Lao no matter where they live and work. They have their own country called Laos. Only fake Lao are afraid because they want to keep dividing Lao people and to weaken Laos.
