I agree with you 100 percent because of the new construction of the infrastructure in that area such as highway 450, new highway from Road 13 to Ban Houaxieng connect to Ban Nakhouay, and new highway from KM29 south to Ban Simmano. The Chinese also build a new China Town, not far from the Asean golf course. Now if you drive along highway 450, you will see a lot of beautiful houses being built close to Dongdok intersection. I was told by unreliable resource that in the near future many gov't offices will be relocated in this area in order to minimize the traffic congestion in the city of Vientiane.

No problem Laos needs more people . Chinese could immgrant about 20 millions people as long as they pay government money , Laos still be able to handle it.
Yes, there's possibility that Muong Saithany will be center of every thing. But in my personal opinion, Every towns in Kumpheang Nakorn Vieng Chunh should've been center of everything since early 1900. But our leaders took our country to the wrong ways, either turn left or turn right. LAOS is very small country with less than 7 million... Why do you think Kayson and Souphanouvong take on revolutionaries ?
