Laos doesn't need high-tech weapons, or strong military to defend herself. Her big brother Vietnam is always on her side. If Laos is attacked, Vietnam will defend her without any conditions. Remember the Lao Viet song, "Hanoi Vientiane hao huckphaeng gun hao samakhi etc.."
