Yes I do, certain states pass the law that allowed the medical marijuana use. So the states issue the licences to the distributors and distributors hire people to plant or grow it. but doesn't mean anybody can do it ok.
In my home state just passed the law last year but it doesn't mean I can just go out there and plant it in my own backyard.
