How was Chavez a dictator?
He may had been a controversial figure but he won elections to became president of Venezuela. He antagonized many right wing parties in western countries because he nationalized Venezuela's oil industry. He was a socialist and a nationalist who believed that Venezuelans should be in control oftheir natural resources. He used income from these resources to expand social programs that benefited the poors in his country.
Can the same thing be said about the current leaderships in the Lao government?
Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden, Muammar Gaddafi , Kim Song iL ,Hugo Chavez and soon will be Bashar Al Assad ,then who will be next in line to die ? Those dictators murdered a lot of innocent people.
He dare to insulte American gevernment in Amerca because he knew that American second amenment could protect his Asss as free speech. let me tell you this, America the only country in the world that allow you or the head of states to come in and insulted them here in their own backyard. No country would allow you to do that, but america period.
