Good luck ! There are many projects that Vietnam promised Lao government many years ago ,still nothing happened yet, so do the China. Only peanut projects that they built for Lao so far. Don't hold your breath and wait for free lunch . None of the infrastructure that Laos need the most, have been built .So far only the mines and chopping down the trees and dam and the casinos and hotel which they get a big profits from these projects but not the poor Laotian .
You must be kidding, right? It's Laos that has been ruined by the Vietnamese for their war to reunification. Laos is still suffering as of today. It's the Vietnamese people that have to pay back the due. But instead they come to ruin Lao forests.
