If you're 44 years old that mean you was about 8 to 10 years old when your family got into the United States of America. The kids about that age came to U.S. will be 99% American writing and speaking English.

Most of them don't even speak Lao and write Lao ,they are American now and they don't want to come back and live in Laos. They only want to visit their mother land for vacation. Of course, they care about Laos. Most of them just want Laos to be a better place to live so they could be proud . They just want to see Lao people have better education system ( good school), better medical system ( good hospital and good doctors ), better communication ( good roads , good airport ) and jobs and have a good living condition and out of poverty , the human being right and good justice system no body above the law and the constitution one and for all nothing more and nothing less.
I don't think you are young Lao Nork from your weak English writing.

There are just a few grammatical errors here and there in the sentences above, but this is quite normal when someone, in particular a foreign-born person who speaks Lao at home, quickly expresses his/her opinion in English in a discussion forum. I myself rarely re-read the messages I wrote before hitting "submit".
