 They established the Lao government in US because they want the CIA to give them millions of dollars to buy weapons to start the bloodshed in Laos so they could have the power again. **** ,  the old royal government were corrupted as much as Lao PDR today .The reason the corrupted royal government did not have too much money because they didn't have time to sell wood and sell natural resource like Lao PDR corrupted government officers today. There are more the high ranking Lao PDR corrupted government officers  are multi-millionaires(In US dollars) because they have more chance to be bribery by the foreigner investors and also are able to sell national natural resource  such as wood , copper , gold , iron ore ..etc..and also steal the foreign aid money. Shi*t , I hate them all .

Don't worry, those former generals who used to collect money from other Laonorks for Laos' liberation were practically all gone. NO MORE going back to liberate Laos from the Viets. The President, Prime minister and top govt. officers salary are not even $1000.00 usd per month, but they became to be millionaire after 4 years in the office

Last time Laos ranked 154th, ahead of Cambodia (164th). Now even Cambodia (157th) ranked better than Laos (160th). NO, my friends, we are going backward not forwards.

Most of them don't even speak Lao and write Lao ,they are American now and  they don't want to come back and live in Laos. They only want to visit their mother land for vacation.  If you're 44 years old that mean you was about 8 to 10 years old when your family got into the United States of America. The kids about that age came to U.S. will be 99% American writing and speaking English.

English is not important here. Stopping Vietnamese chopping down Lao trees that is the issue.
